The Shanghai production base of our cooperative factory is located in Qingpu Industrial Park. It covers nearly 50 acres and acts as the core R&D and manufacturing hub. This base mainly develops premade pouch machines, vertical liquid packaging machines and tissue wrapping equipment. It independently developed China’s first fully automatic tissue packaging machine back in 2003.
The workshop is equipped with complete precision processing equipment, including horizontal machining centers and CNC milling machines. Assembly lines are fitted with automatic robotic arms, intelligent bending devices and robotic welding units to realize digital manufacturing. All assembly lines use full servo control systems. Servo structures ensure stable and high-precision operation. Core components are self-processed for strict quality control.
Workshops implement standardized 5S management. The production area keeps clean and low-noise. Supporting waste recycling systems comply with ISO14001 standards, and the waste recycling rate hits 85%. There is an independent testing workshop on site. Every finished machine goes through multiple inspection procedures before shipment. A large showroom is available to display complete packaging production lines.
The base customizes equipment for snacks, edible salt, pharmaceutical and tissue industries. All finished machines meet CE certification and food-grade safety standards.
The cooperative factory’s Chengdu base sits in Wenjiang Industrial Park of Chengdu. It covers nearly 48 acres. It opened in 2008 and focuses fully on quick-frozen food equipment.
This base owns three standardized large production workshops. It holds complete metal processing equipment. The list includes laser cutting machines, intelligent bending machines and automatic welding arms. All core metal parts are processed inside the plant.
All assembly lines adopt full-servo control systems. Most machine frames use SUS304 stainless steel. The material meets food hygiene standards and is easy to clean.
The base specializes in full production lines for frozen food. Its main products are dumpling machines, siomai machines, wonton machines and matched pillow packaging machines. It also supports automatic case packing and robotic palletizing systems.
A large exhibition showroom is built inside the base. It displays complete frozen food production lines for customer visits. An independent testing room checks every finished machine before delivery.
Workshops follow strict 5S site management. The production space stays tidy and low-noise. Waste recycling systems meet ISO14001 environmental standards.This base has over 300 authorized technical patents. Its equipment serves famous frozen food brands like Synear, Sanquan, Wan Chai Ferry and Anjoy.
