What is the complete process of buying a machine from Soonwell?
Step 1 – Inquiry and requirement confirmation. Tell us your product type, packaging size, target speed, and special needs.
Step 2 – Quotation and technical drawing. We provide a formal quote with specifications and layout drawing.
Step 3 – Proforma invoice and order confirmation. (30% deposit required to start production)
Step 4 – Production and quality control. We monitor production at our partner factories. You can request progress photos or video.
Step 5 – Pre-shipment testing. We arrange testing with your samples and send video for approval.
Step 6 – Balance payment and shipping. 70% balance before shipment. We arrange sea freight or truck freight from China.
Step 7 – Installation and training. We provide manual, video, and optional on-site engineer arrangement.
