The built-in photoelectric sensor eliminates empty bag defective products by triggering auto stop without powder. All weighing records are stored in the control system, allowing Soonwell technical team to analyze long-term filling deviation data and further lower reject rate for customers’ high-value powder production.
Perfect compatible with Soonwell vertical packing machines and pouch filling machines, support OPP, PE, composite film packaging materials, cooperate with nitrogen flushing function to keep powder fresh. Built-in interlock signal to realize anti-empty bag and anti-cut material linkage protection during synchronous operation.
